In order to be a client of our company you must purchase one of our services which are:

6 week transformation at 1450AED
One on One personal Training - Starting at 200 AED per session
Monthly group classes - 875AED
Programming or consultation - Starting 1000AED

· “United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile” and stipulate that the governing law is the local law.

· ‘’Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment’’

· ‘’We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries’’

· ‘’Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website’’

Payments 
Payments will be taken at the location via payment gateway, bank transfer or cash.  

The customer will receive an sms confirmation after payment has been made with receipt via email. 
Refund Policy
Once clients are signed up there will be no refunds. Memberships and services may be put on hold if client is out of country or is suffering an injury. 
Cancellation Of Services
There will be no cancellation of services unless and until company fails to provide services as mentioned.
